The products on sale on the ambrosiostore.com website are intended for the Final Consumer.
For Final Consumer GIVI MODA SRL means a natural person acting for purposes outside of his/her business or professional activity, legal entity that is not limited to the resale of goods purchased on ambrosiostore.com
GIVI MODA SRL therefore invites users who do not fall within the category of Final Consumers to refrain from trying to establish commercial relationships with GIVI MODA SRL or from forwarding purchase orders for goods for sale through third parties.
In consideration of the commercial policy described above, we reserve the right not to process orders for goods whose use is not intended for the Final Consumer or orders that do not comply with the commercial policies described above.
To carry out orders on ambrosiostore.com customers must:
- be the end Customer as defined in the Commercial Policy of GIVI MODA SRL
- be 18 years of age or older;
- possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts;
- have a valid email address to which communications relating to orders placed will be sent;
- have (for online payment purposes) a valid credit card for online transactions: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a verified PayPal account, or a bank account.
RETURN PROCEDURE
A) - To request authorization to the Returns , the Customer must send a request to the address info@ambrosiostore.com within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The codes of the items you wish to return must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, the GIVI MODA SRL customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B) - The shipping cost will be charged to the Customer.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: GIVI MODA SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of packaging.
All returned items will be inspected by GIVI MODA SRL staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. GIVI MODA SRL reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
Right of withdrawal for the consumer (legislative decree 206/2005)
The Right of withdrawal consists in the possibility – granted to the consumer for contracts concluded outside commercial premises (at home, on the street, by post, etc.) or for distance contracts
(via internet, by telephone, etc.) – to unilaterally decide to dissolve the contractual relationship with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS from the stipulation of the same, consequently obtaining the refund of the price paid.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (the postmark is valid) from the day of receipt of the goods.
The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be made free of charge, as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or waive the right to the provision of the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.
Mode of operation:
To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 30 days of delivery of the products or within 30 days of purchasing the services, by sending a communication via email to info@ambrosiostore.com containing all the necessary and useful information for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.
This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:
a. the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
b. the number and copy of the document (invoice – transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;
c. the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
The refund, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the communication.
